This website is operated by Powrio Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. By using it you agree to these terms. If you buy a product, the terms of your sale and our warranty terms also apply.

2. Product information

We work to keep specifications and descriptions accurate, but products may be updated and figures such as dimensions carry manufacturing tolerances. Please confirm specifications with us before ordering, particularly for engineered or bulk projects.

3. Estimates & tools

Backup-time estimates, sizing tables and the battery finder use stated assumptions and are for guidance only. Actual performance depends on your load, inverter, installation and conditions. Our engineers confirm recommendations before quoting.

4. Warranty tools

Please provide accurate information when registering a battery or making a claim. Registrations and claims that are incomplete or inaccurate may be delayed or declined.

5. Partner portal

Portal accounts are for authorised Powrio partners only. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of records you create. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

6. Intellectual property

The Powrio name, logo, product names, text, graphics and software on this site belong to Powrio or its licensors.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
