Our story
India needed better batteries — and smarter ones.
Powrio started with a simple observation: India's homes and businesses rely on batteries every day, yet most still run on chemistry that needs topping up, wears out in a couple of years and gives no warning before it fails.
We combined lithium iron phosphate cells — the safest mainstream lithium chemistry — with our own protection design and a warranty system built for the digital age. The result is a battery that stores more usable energy, needs no maintenance, and whose history can be checked by anyone.
Today the Powrio range spans 8 models from 12.8 V to 128 V, sold and serviced through a growing network of dealers and distributors.

A BMS alone isn't enough. Every pack adds a breaker and a fuse, because a single point of failure has no place in a home.

Every battery can be registered, verified and claimed against online. A warranty should be a record, not a paper card.
Built to last, not to replace
LiFePO₄ contains no cobalt and is rated for thousands of cycles — the most sustainable battery is the one you don't replace.
